A marketer by profession and a dreamer at heart! While climbing the corporate ladder, I have been often described as being passionate, creative and curious! I feel I thrive in an environment that both challenges me and enables me to keep exploring. I carry with me the resilience and determination to succeed (and win!). I remain a team player, in essence, and enjoy inspiring and mentoring people I work with. I entered into academics with my Bachelor's in Eng. Hons from the University of Delhi, and found that my time at the Department of English, helped me realize and develop my creative and critical instincts fully. In hindsight, these very faculties have served me exceedingly well in the corporate sector. I have ideated and steered innovative and path-breaking campaigns – and been recognized by my peers. Later with my post-graduation in Mass Communication, I further developed my passion to build stories and present them better. I further Post graduated in Marketing from IMED Pune to develop analytical skills and deploy them with my passion for the advertising and communication world. My work has been appreciated for being quirky and cutting edge and I am eager to keep on exploring this side of me. 12 years of working with a few of the best brands in the country across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Hospitality, Aviation, Publishing, Banking and Beauty, I have experience/skills in leading and growing businesses through digital activations, Brand positioning in the target market through retail activations, operational management of digital/hybrid business models and consumer tech journeys, deploying digital data-driven growth marketing and media P&L management and planning. So this is my journey till now, in a nutshell!
